Almond Bloom

It's a beautiful sight this time of year in the California Central Valley. Bee's are busy pollinating and orchards are in full bloom. Bloom can be an initial indicator for how the crop will start it's growth cycle up to Harvest in the Summer. There are plenty of almonds available now with good quality and attractive prices. Larger sizes are at a premium and a bit scarce.
