Hope For a Bountiful Harvest

Growers are busy in the fields harvesting their crops. Summer harvests have been underway for some time now and a variety of crops will continue to be harvested through September and October. Hoover Ingredients tries to be present at as many of our sources’ events as possible, and we will continue to share images as we can through the Fall months.

This Fall we have access to a broad collection of new crop ingredients, including Oats, Almonds, Beans, Millet, Prunes, Lentils, Figs, Walnuts, Raisins and Pistachios, to name a few.

Fall is always an exciting time of year, with the hope of harvests and the possibility for new Hoover Ingredient offerings. We appreciate the farmers that make it possible for us to continue making our existing ingredients available for another season, and to bring you new ones.
