Quinoa's origins are steeped in South American tradition and culture. But through the work of dedicated breeders, local growers, and the research community this Ancient Grain is now grown and available in the USA. This drought resistant, gluten free, whole grain packs a punch nutritionally with an excellent amino acid profile, and strong protein and fiber attributes. Quinoa is produced in an SQF facility ensuring an ongoing commitment to food safety. A waterless cleaning process supports a lower carbon footprint, and is perfect for removing saponin. Currently, conventional white Quinoa is available for shipment in a variety of packaging presentations - including private label options. Organic will be available at new crop in late Summer 2023.
