That’s a Wrap! Summer Harvests Coming to a Close

Summer harvests are coming to a close with most of our grains and seeds in the bin. Some California dried fruit and nut crops are still wrapping up after a late start to harvesting due to wet and cold spring weather and a mild summer. Hoover Ingredients tries to be present at as many of our ingredient sources’ harvesting events as possible, and we will continue to share images as we can.

We have access to a broad collection of new crop organic ingredients, including Almonds, Beans, Millet, Prunes, Flax, Figs, Walnuts, Raisins, Pecans, and Pistachios, to name a few.

We appreciate the farmers who make it possible for us to continue making our existing ingredients available for another season, and to bring you new ones. We would be honored to discuss your ingredient needs.
